Kurt is the Firm Administrator at The Bloom Firm. Kurt has over 24 years experience in C-Level
operations for professional service firms and brings that experience to The Bloom Firm to not only
oversee and maintain the operations of the firm in its current state but to strategically plan for the
Firm’s future while analyzing all aspects of the firms operations and growth. Kurt has been COO and CFO
for AM300 law firms from San Francisco to Los Angeles prior to starting his own firm in 2009 to work
exclusively with small to mid size law firms. This specific experience over the past 13 years has given
Kurt a unique and rare ability to analyze information based on a wide array of firm variety.
Kurt presents multiple times throughout the year to attorneys on Operational strategy and budgeting
through the State Bar of California as well as local Bar Chapters. This experience as well as his
background in technology upgrades, growth strategies, and creating continuous efficiencies within law
firms is an asset that The Bloom Firm utilizes constantly as we move forward.

Kurt received his graduate degree in Masters in Public Administration from Golden Gate University,
where he graduated magna cum laude. He received his undergraduate degrees from California State
University, Fullerton.

Kurt enjoys a plethora of water sports including surfing, Prone Paddleboarding, racing outrigger canoes
and spending time with his family on his fishing boat. When on dry land, he enjoys riding his vintage
motorcycles, traveling, and soaking up time with his Fiancée and two adult sons.
