Lisa Bloom was proud to speak at a press conference in support of the Circus Cruelty Prevention Act on Monday, February 20 at LA City Hall.

The Circus Cruelty Prevention Act, a new bill in the California State Senate, would make it illegal to use or allow the use of wild and exotic animals in traveling acts within the state.
