He is known for building compelling case narratives and anticipating opposing counsel’s strategy from the outset.
Avi commenced his legal career in 2006 at a New York law firm, where he represented a wide range of personal injury victims. He later established his own practice, representing banks and other creditors in dozens of trials while successfully resolving hundreds of additional matters. He continued to develop his litigation skills in New York’s fast-paced legal environment, an experience that continues to give him a sharp edge in high-pressure situations and informs his meticulous preparation style.
At The Bloom Firm, Avi has played a key role in numerous significant victories, including his work on multiple multi-million dollar verdicts where he helped drive litigation strategy and his work representing Janice Dickinson in her defamation case against Bill Cosby.

Avi is a proud father of three. He is a devoted Mets, Knicks and Giants fan but only when they are winning. He has a highly discerning taste in 90s alternative rock. He is currently learning to play the piano by following along with his children’s lessons. He enjoys skiing, yoga, swimming, reading, and hiking.
