Sexual Harassment

In 2019, we won a major jury verdict that our client Chasity Jones was sexually harassed and retaliated against by Hollywood producer Alki David and his companies. The jury awarded her more than $11 million, one of the highest verdicts for an individual sexual harassment plaintiff in California history. I was lead trial counsel and worked around the clock for months on every aspect of the case.
