FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
SIX GIRLS WHO WERE VICTIMS OF TEACHER’S SECRET UP-SKIRT
PHOTOS FILE LAWSUIT AGAINST TEACHER BERDOLL AND
ATASCADERO SCHOOL DISTRICT
Six adolescent girls who were among the many alleged victims of sixth grade
teacher Chris Berdoll at the Atascadero Fine Arts Academy in Atascadero,
California, have sued both defendants. Police recovered a multitude of illicit “upskirt”
photographs and videos from the electronic devices of Mr. Berdoll. While
Mr. Berdoll awaits his October 29, 2019 criminal arraignment on 44 felony
charges related to child pornography in nearby San Luis Obispo, attorney
Lisa Bloom has recently filed a federal lawsuit on the girls’ behalf against both
Mr. Berdoll and the Atascadero Unified School District. The girls range in age
from twelve to fourteen. The lawsuit demands full and fair compensation for the
girls’ emotional pain and suffering caused by Berdoll’s appalling conduct and by
the school district’s failure to prevent it and failure to protect the children in its
care.
