Senior Attorney
Tiffany Helfman is a Senior Attorney at The Bloom Firm, where she has been a key member of the team for nearly a decade. She is an accomplished labor and employment litigator whose practice focuses on representing employees in matters involving sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Tiffany also has extensive experience advocating for survivors of sexual assault, including cases against large multinational corporations and ride-sharing companies. Over the course of her career, she has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of her clients, consistently delivering meaningful results in complex and high-stakes cases.
In September 2025, Tiffany achieved a significant victory under the California Equal Pay Act, securing an award of over $1.8 million. This result reflects both her strategic litigation skills and her deep commitment to advancing pay equity and fairness in the workplace. Tiffany is especially passionate about protecting women’s rights and views this outcome as an important step toward greater accountability and equality.
Tiffany’s recent successes also include a multi-million dollar settlement in a high-profile sexual harassment and assault case, a high six-figure settlement against a national corporation for gender-based discriminatory practices, and a high six-figure pre-litigation resolution on behalf of a male employee subjected to sexual harassment by a Los Angeles-based company. These results underscore her ability to navigate sensitive matters with skill, discretion, and tenacity, while achieving justice for her clients.
Before joining The Bloom Firm, Tiffany earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, graduating summa cum laude. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, where she concentrated her studies on civil litigation and trial advocacy. While at UCLA, she was recognized with a Dean’s Award for her excellence in Constitutional Law.
Tiffany has also dedicated time to public interest work, contributing to organizations such as Bet Tzedek Legal Services and the Alliance for Children’s Rights. These experiences helped shape her commitment to advocating for vulnerable and underserved communities, a value that continues to guide her practice today.
Known for her thoughtful advocacy and client-centered approach, Tiffany is deeply committed to protecting civil rights and holding employers accountable. Outside of her legal work, she enjoys creative pursuits such as wheel throwing and figure drawing, which provide a balance to her demanding practice.
